Bathory is a token that will help finance social projects aimed at indigenous towns and needy people of the American continent who suffer from extreme poverty. Additionally, it will help preserve their natural ecosystems. Of Bathory's total offer, 4% will be used for this cause.
Social lunchroom
Project to install social kitchens to be able to feed people in a state of poverty on a daily basis in the different cities and regions of Panama.
School supplies kits
It is intended to buy goods in sufficient quantity to compose school supplies kits for the most disadvantaged families in Panama.
Pyrolysis Reactors
Acquisition of portable pyrolysis reactors to be distributed among indigenous communities so they can convert all the plastic waste into fuel.

0,6% - Consultants
0,6% of all minted tokens have been allocated to cover all tax advisory expenses for the Foundation's internal consultants department.
0,9% - Digital Marketing TEAM
The entire digital marketing team earns 0.9% of all minted tokens as consideration for Bathory Coin project promotion and targeting services. This percentage is shared equally among all members.
3% - Airdrops for new members
Airdrops. 3% of the tokens are distributed for free (Airdrop) while stocks last among all new members who subscribe with a monthly fee on the Foundation's website located at https://tristanbathoryfoundation.org. They will be distributed monthly in fixed amounts according to the chosen subscription and regardless of whether the token fluctuates down or up in the market. The remaining 1.5% will be used for marketing actions on social networks.
As it is a gift in compensation for a subscription in FIAT currency, the member can benefit from a hypothetical increase in the token. In addition, with this method of promotion, the Foundation can obtain direct financing to launch the different social projects that are described in the Projects section, largely avoiding the launch of the token by means such as the ICO, which creates great distrust.
Like any Foundation, obtaining monthly membership fees is necessary to cover administrative costs and to be able to hire adequate personnel to manage the different areas related to the aid that is intended to be carried out in favor of poor people and indigenous peoples who need it.
4,5% - Bathory Foundation TEAM
The Foundation's development team made up of the programming, graphic design and social media departments hold 4.5% of all the minted tokens to be able to cover all the expenses that the team is contributing in advance to be able to carry out the entire project of the foundation.
6% - Foundation + Social Work
Apart from obtaining funds through membership subscriptions, the Foundation holds 6% of the total tokens, of which 2% are for administrative purposes and 4% to be allocated to work and social projects as described in the projects section.
85% - Global Market
The remaining 85% of all tokens will be released through liquidity pools in Uniswap at the rate of nine 10% blocks, one 6% block and two 2% blocks until reaching 85%. If during the launching of these blocks, the market asks us to burn a block or part of it, this will be done according to the good wishes of the strategic consultants.
Each liquidity release will be locked for a period of five years!
The guarantee for investors is our top priority. Tokens can be paused, burned or minted, but it was created in this way with the intention of ensuring the correct functioning of the token and avoiding adverse actions. That is why we intend to block 85% of the tokens in the maximum time allowed.
